Opening hours:
•    Tuesday till Friday at 10.00-17.00 and Saturdays at 12.00-17.00.
•    On the day of the performance the ticket office is open till the beginning of the performance (not however for private shows).
Tickets are sold nationwide at www.lippupalvelu.fi . Commision fee of  2 € / ticket is applicable.
Telephone reservations at tel. 0600 10 800 Monay till Saturday at 8.00 – 21.00 and Sundays 8.00 – 18.00 (1,93 € /min + pvm) or 5,99€ / per call).  Tickets can be claimed and bought also at  R-kiosks around the country. 

Cloak room service is included in the ticket price.

Please note that claimed tickets cannot be changed or returned. 

Wheelchair customers
We kindly ask you to notify us of customers using wheelchairs at the time of booking. Please note that wheelchair spaces are limited.

Claming reserved tickets
Tickets will have to picked up a week before the performance, and group bookings two weeks prior. (Group bookings for more than 100 people three weeks prior).Unclaimed tickets will be freed for general sale.

A delivery fee will be added onto billing and e-ticket orders.

Programmes and books will be sold at the theatre ticket office and at door before the show.

Gift vouchers, kulttuuriseteli -coupons and business tickets
Gift vouchers are valid for a year from the day of purchase. Variable prices available.
Business tickets are convenient for bussiness and associations when offering theatre tickets for staff or guests. Now also kulttuuriseteli –coupons can used as payment! More information is available at the ticket office.

Private Shows
Private shows are sold as private performances for clients and are then closed for the public. Further information and bookings tel. 044 703 7110 or 044 703 7112. Bookings for School Groups

A performance will only be cancelled due to an unforeseen obstacle that cannot be overcome( force majeure), e.g. serious illness. In this case customers will be able to get a full refund or change the tickets for another performance. The theatre is not liable for any other expenses caused by a cancellation. The Theatre holds all rights to ticket price and programme changes.
